Terms & Conditions - Public Competition - Roar and Snore at Dublin Zoo.

1. The Promoter is SSE Airtricity, which is a trading name of SSE Airtricity Limited which is a member of the SSE Group (the “Promotor”). The Registered Office of SSE Airtricity Limited is SSE Airtricity, Red Oak South, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland. Registered in the Republic of Ireland No. 317386.
2. The prize draw is not open to anyone directly connected with this prize draw. Employees of the SSE Group may enter the prize draw.
   
3. Entry into this prize draw is deemed to be acceptance of these rules. All entrants must be over 18 years of age.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. The prize draw opens on Tuesday 6 June 2023.
6. The prize draw closes on Thursday 27 July 2023. Entries received after this date will not be considered.
7. Entrants who comment below the below the Instagram or Facebook post with the correct answer shall be entered into the prize draw.
8. Every valid entry is entered into a prize draw where entrants could win:
   o An overnight stay in Dublin Zoo for the winner and their family on 12 August 2023 (“The Prize”).
   o Family capped at 5 people (2 adults, 2 children or 2 adults, 3 children) .
   o There will be 1 (one) winner selected from all entries and must be residents of Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
   o The winner and their family must arrive to Dublin Zoo at 4pm on 12 August 2023.
   o For health and safety, the winner must follow Dublin Zoo representatives’ guidance and instructions at all times and must not leave accommodation in Haughton House after 8pm until 8am the next morning when a member of the team will meet them.
   o The winner and guests are not permitted to walk around the Dublin Zoo grounds unaccompanied by a member of staff outside of our opening hours of 9.30am-6pm.
   o The winner accepts there will be toilet and handwashing facilities, but no shower or bathing facilities.
   o The winner and their guest accepts that alcohol and drugs are not permitted in Dublin Zoo.
   o The winner and their guests accept bicycles, scooters and e-bikes/e-scooters are not permitted in Dublin Zoo.

9. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
10. The winner will be selected at random and will be notified on the post and via private message (if possible) no later than close of business on Tuesday 1 August 2023.
11. On notification of winning, the winner will be instructed on collection or delivery of the Prize.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an equivalent prize without notice.
13. No purchase is necessary.
14. The Prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. No part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items, or additions. The prize must not be sold on or transferred to another party. It will become void if so and entry to the venue will be refused.
15. The winner may be required to participate in publicity.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the prize draw without prior notice.
17. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter accepts no liability for lost entries. The Promoter and their agents accept no responsibility for difficulties experienced in submitting an entry to this prize draw, including any technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the prize draw.
19. Tickets are personal revocable licences and shall at all times remain the property of the Promoter. If a ticket is re-sold, transferred or advertised whether or not for profit, commercial gain or in the course of business by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and the ticket holder will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the venue without refund.
20. The winner and their guests must act within the framework of acceptable and proper behaviour during the course of the Prize and comply with all rules and regulations laid down by those providing the elements of the Prize, including without limitation the ticket conditions.
21. Transport to and from the venue and all other incidentals associated with the event will be the responsibility of the winner and their family to arrange and not down to the responsibility of the Promoter.
22. No other expenses are included in the Prize, e.g. travel, food and beverage, etc.
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any loss (including delayed or cancelled flights), damage and/or personal injury suffered by the winner(s) or any guests chosen to participate with the winner in the Prize, as a result of their participation in the prize draw and/or arising out of the winner's enjoyment of the Prize.
24. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries at its complete discretion, including those entries which the Promoter believes to be fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
25. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to the personal data they supply being used by the Promoter to administer the prize draw.
26. This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ireland.
