Microgen Premium Activ8 Terms and Conditions
1.
These terms (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the Microgen Premium rate (the “Offer”).

The Offer applies a premium Clean Export Guarantee ("CEG") payment to customers who avail of a solar and/or battery installation with Activ8 from 12th April 2023 until further notice.
3.
The Offer applies to new and existing domestic SSE Airtricity customers. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to:
• a. The terms and conditions associated with SSE Airtricity customers’ new or existing plans; and
• b. General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity and/or Gas by SSE Airtricity Limited to domestic premises in the Republic of Ireland (“SSE Airtricity General Terms & Conditions” which can be found on our website at www.sseairtricity.com
• a. The terms and conditions associated with SSE Airtricity customers’ new or existing plans; and
• b. General Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Electricity and/or Gas by SSE Airtricity Limited to domestic premises in the Republic of Ireland (“SSE Airtricity General Terms & Conditions” which can be found on our website at www.sseairtricity.com

The Offer is applied from the date of your solar install for a period of 2 years (the “Term”) provided the customer continues to be supplied by SSE Airtricity. After the expiration of the “Term” the SSE Airtricity standard clean export tariff will apply.
5.
SSE Airtricity reserves the right to cancel or amend the Offer or the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
6.
SSE Airtricity reserves the right to amend the value of the premium rate, at any time and without notice, including during the Term.
